1. Introduction

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by the User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real money and any bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by the Company subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.

If a User is found to be underage, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be refunded to the original deposit source (where feasible), and no bonus winnings will be paid.

3.2 Jurisdiction

It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. virus88 makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific country. Malaysian Users are responsible for their own compliance with local laws.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or using another person's details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an Account:

• Individuals under the age of 21;
• Current employees, directors, agents, or contractors of virus88 or its affiliates;
• Immediate family members of the above;
• Persons listed on any applicable self-exclusion register who have requested exclusion from the Platform;
• Persons accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

To access the Services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Users must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration process.

4.2 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of an Account arising from the User's failure to safeguard their credentials. Users must notify virus88 immediately if they suspect their Account has been compromised.

4.3 KYC Verification Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal, virus88 will require Users to complete KYC verification. This process requires the submission of, but is not limited to, the following documentation:

• Valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport);
• Proof of current residential address — utility bill dated within the past three (3) months;
• A selfie photograph holding the identity document submitted;
• Proof of payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet or bank account in the User's name).

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. The Company may request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

virus88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

The Company does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the User's own verified name. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be refunded and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes set out on the Platform, which vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 15 minutes; direct bank wire within 60 minutes, subject to banking hours and volume. These are estimates and not guaranteed processing times.

The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large-value withdrawals or withdrawals to new payment methods. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits in the same Account, except where otherwise approved.

5.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions are denominated in MYR. virus88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees which are outside the Company's control. Users are responsible for any applicable banking or e-wallet charges.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by virus88 are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In case of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, only real-money wagers contribute to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games contribute a reduced percentage as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

While a bonus is active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is generally capped at RM50 per round unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted amount during an active bonus period constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses not cleared within their expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account without notice, along with any associated bonus winnings.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

The Company actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements while avoiding material risk (bonus arbitrage), collusion between players, or any other activity reasonably deemed to constitute exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be subject to account closure.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General

All bets and wagers placed on virus88 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing a wager. The Company's decision on all disputes regarding game outcomes, wager settlement, or technical malfunctions shall be final and binding.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events — are offered subject to individual market rules. Odds are dynamic and subject to change until the wager is confirmed. Once accepted, a bet is binding on both parties. The Company reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest errors in odds, event cancellation, or verifiable data feed failures.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure, or software error that materially affects the outcome of a game or wager, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. No compensation beyond the original stake will be paid in such circumstances.

7.4 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Connection issues on the User's end that result in disconnection during a live game round will be governed by the applicable game rules. The Company is not responsible for any losses resulting from connectivity issues outside its infrastructure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that places wagers without direct human instruction;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform for any unlawful financial activity;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;

• Engaging in charge-back fraud — initiating payment disputes after funds have been legitimately deposited and wagered;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at Company staff or other Users;
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold balances pending investigation, and to refer matters to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

9. Responsible Gambling

virus88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Company provides the following tools to assist Users in maintaining control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session time reminders and automatic log-out timers;

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof — is the property of virus88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, performed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of the Company.

The virus88 name, logo, and all related marks, names, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, virus88 and its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Planned maintenance and unforeseen technical disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. The Company shall not be held liable for losses suffered as a result of such interruptions beyond the return of any affected stakes.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the virus88 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. virus88 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. The Company does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed in accordance with the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy only.

13. Amendments to These Terms

virus88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming licence (Curaçao), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent fraudulent activity.
